I wear many hats—and I genuinely enjoy every single one of them. The common thread that ties them all together? Impact. Inspiration. Engagement. Nurturing. Solutioning.

Just the other day, my 10-year-old niece had an assignment to interview someone who is making a difference in society. She chose me… cue happy dance 💃🏾

One of her questions stopped me in my tracks:
“Why do you do what you do?”
She was referring to my passion for youth development.

Reflecting on it, I realised that growing up, I was always well-liked, connected, and confident—by both teachers and peers. My personality opened doors to people, opportunities, and advice that others were too afraid to even approach. I was always the one lending a hand to those around me.

But what stayed with me was the silence of the overlooked—the ones who were never heard, never seen. And so, later in life, I made it my mission to reach them.

Whether through informal chats or structured mentorship platforms, I’ve committed to advising, coaching, and nurturing the youth—helping them find their voice, their worth, and their way.

Because in the end, that’s what drives me: creating spaces where others can rise, even if they’ve never been invited to before. 💫
