It was an honour for my team and I to serve this bunch of Eatists the other day.
The new leader wanted to bond with his team and entrusted us with this mission.
We all know that taking time out to bond with their teams, leaders not only foster a positive and collaborative culture but to also create an environment where the team feels connected and thrives!
We are grateful for being the catalyst to all this.
Facilitating conversations was also a lot of fun as we explored how their various team names (Courageous, Inspired, Intentional and Kind) related to their Organisational Values of Care, Connect and Create! This made them reflect on how these played out in the kitchen as they collaborated to create magic and back at the office.... as well as in life in general.
The Let's Break Bread Cook Offs offer culinary experiences that help build collaborative teams. Cooking and sharing meals together foster teamwork, communication and trust - all essential ingredients (pun intended) for high performing teams.
Everyone loves food, food is a love language and the kitchen is a perfect playground to Create, Connect, Collaborate and just Be!!!
